Pay less – weigh less
Lately I’ve been getting some unexpected compliments. “You look great. DId you get your hair cut? Are you working out?” Then someone asked if I lost weight. What? No. Anyone who knows me knows that diet is not my thing. But lo and behold, the scale tells me I’ve lost about 10 pounds. Not because I’m dieting but because I’m not eating any processed foods and I must be, as a result, reducing my salt intake. (see Act 13). I’m avoiding the middle aisles at the grocery store, the drive-thru and the fast food. I’m eating the things that I love but I’m making most of them myself. Go figure. Debt defying is working for me in more than one way. Awesome.
