Take a nap.
Wrestling with complex issues such as debt can be exhausting. Sometimes I just need a break and so does my brain. I’m fond of the occasional nap and find that I awake refreshed with a new perspective on the day’s issues.
I’m not alone. Remember that episode of Seinfeld called The Nap where George proudly proclaimed “I love a good nap. Sometimes it’s the only thing getting me out of bed in the morning”?
Kidding aside, research is now telling us that the nap is good for us helping us to be more alert, less stressed and less accident prone. Plus, it’s a cost effective luxury, if, yawn, you ask me.
